We are currently growing faster than our infrastructure can follow, running around with duct tape to make our systems reliable while relentlessly shipping new features as well. We are looking for a Backend ML Software Engineer who will be building and shipping new AI features blazing fast together with our AI engineers, while another part of the team focuses on scalability and reliability. Key Responsibilities

• Architect and maintain effective, reliable and efficient AI RAG systems.
• Integrate and maintain various AI systems into our platform to automate manual human workflows and generate data insights.
• Implement tests for our AI systems using LLM-as-a-Judge to ensure reproducibility
• Monitor and troubleshoot production issues concerning our AI workloads, and promptly assist the team with providing data and indications to expedite resolution.
• Write clean, tested, maintainable code and documentation.

Your Profile

We are looking for team players with a growth mindset and an entrepreneurial spirit:

• Strong coding and debugging skills.
• Proven experience building and maintaining applications using Python, Javascript or similar.
• Proven experience building LLM-based systems and RAG applications.
• Proficiency with RESTful API design and familiarity with the microservices architecture.
• Familiarity with relational databases (Postgres) and No-SQL (MongoDB).
• Familiarity with knowledge graphs and graph databases (Neo4j).
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Strong sense of ownership: you love to take the lead on projects and ensure they reach success.
