In an industry that faces a very intense labor shortage, where millions are stuck doing repetitive work, Hoshii’s AWP offers an AI teammate that handles tedious chores like processing unstructured data, responding to customer inquiries, and entering data into ERP systems. Adam, our AI teammate, works to process orders and supplier notes, freeing up teams for more valuable work.

At the same time our company needs to build the relevant infrastructure to get to those people. As a Growth Intern, you will be working together with our business development team to push into the market, set up strategies and make sure we aim for the stars!

Key Responsibilities
- Market Expansion: Collaborate with our business development team to devise and execute outreach strategies aimed at tapping into a vast network of wholesalers across multiple countries.
- Sales Development: Engage in SDR activities using industry-leading tools like Apollo, HubSpot, and more.
- Strategy Building: Contribute to refining our sales playbook and broader growth strategy to ensure we’re always aiming for the stars.
- Multilingual Outreach: Use your language skills to communicate effectively—speak German (ideally Swiss German), French, and English fluently—to connect with diverse markets.
Your Profile
We are looking for team players with a growth mindset and an entrepreneurial spirit:
- Current Student/Fresh Graduate: Ideally pursuing a degree from a top university in business, marketing, or a related field, with a keen interest in sales, business development, and growth.
- SDR Savvy: Experience or strong familiarity with Sales Development Representative (SDR) activities and tools like Apollo, HubSpot and others.
- Multilingual Communication: Fluent in German (Swiss German is a plus) and English (French is a plus) to engage a diverse set of customers and accompany companies across the customer journey.
- Motivated & Driven: A proactive learner who thrives in dynamic environments and isn’t afraid to push boundaries.
- Strong Communicator: Very outgoing person with great communication skills and not shying down on talking with customers.
- Strategic Thinker: Able to combine the dots, think outside the box and able to see what others don’t. We need people who want to be better than yesterday.
