The Role

We're looking for a Growth Intern who wants to get their hands dirty. This isn't a "sit in meetings and observe" internship. You'll be on the front lines, reaching out to companies every single day - calling, emailing, and doing whatever it takes to get Hoshii in front of the right people.

We need someone with hustle. Someone who doesn't wait for permission. Someone who sees "no answer" as "not yet" and keeps going.

What You'll Do

• Outreach, outreach, outreach. You'll be reaching out to potential customers daily—cold calls, cold emails, LinkedIn, whatever works. Volume matters, but so does quality.
• Find the right people. Research companies, identify decision-makers, and figure out the best way to get their attention.
• Iterate fast. What's working? What's not? You'll help us figure out the playbook as we go.
• Work directly with the founders. No layers of management. You'll have a direct line to the people building this company.
• Learn how startups actually grow. This is a crash course in B2B sales, growth tactics, and startup execution.
