Someone who is not afraid to get in touch with people, is charismatic and can help us translate customer needs into product requirements.

We have highly ambitious business goals for the next 6–12 months, and we are looking for somebody to rock the numbers and set up the path for success in the DACH market and beyond. As a business developer, you will define, together with your peers, the growth strategy and execute it with passion. You will analyze markets and come up with new ideas on how to make our product even better than what we have it currently. In your role, you will translate new and old customer needs to our tech team while closing deals!

• 📊 Managing our CRM and business pipeline.
• 🎺 Do direct sales by actively reaching out to new leads and turning them into customers.
• 🧪 Speak with customers and use customer feedback to further refine our product.
• 🔧 Come up with potential product design ideas and validate those with customer & market
• 💰 Actively analyze the market and identify growth opportunities.
• 🧑‍💻 Work closely with the founding team to validate product strategy, development strategy and go-to-market strategy.
• 🍾 Close customer deals, test our pricing strategy, and evolve it further.
